This is helping my mom and I get into shape and lose a little weight. It customizes to everything I do and if its too hard, we dont see it again for a long time. Absolutely AMAZING for a free app!!

I really like the workouts, but when the sound cuts out and I try to restart, the session I was doing disappears.

not sure how good this app is, but it seems like it needs a little work. probably not worth $40 year

Sound isnt working anymore

This app is perfect and just what I was looking for. I have used it a few days now and it is amazing. If you are looking for a program that challenges your body but gives you a plan that works for you (that you can actually do) this is the app. It lets me give feedback if a pose is too hard, too easy, or just right so that they can adjust the perfect exercise for me. I absolutely love it. I would recommend it to anybody.

I tried the program and really liked the yoga work out and adaptability. However, ever since I paid for unlimited access, I have been unable to open the program and do an actual workout. The program keeps asking me for my password, telling me its wrong, and then asking me to come up with another new password. Its incredibly frustrating, Ive tried four times and keep getting locked out. It would be great if this could be fixed, but Im losing hope and likely to cancel my subscription due to these ongoing problems.

Omg...this app is fantastic. Realizing I needed to incorporate more stretching and strength training into my workouts, i stumbled upon this app. Loving using it along with my Fitbit.

I was extremely excited to see that this app also synced with several of my other fitness apps. However, the coaching sounds do not work on my iPad mini 4 or my iPhone 5S. Ive contacted support and their advice was to be sure the sound was turned up. I did that before contacting them. I was able to use an external Bluetooth speaker for the 1st session I did but even that doesnt work anymore. You can see her mouth moving, no sound. The iPod setting works in the app, so there has to be a conflict with the latest OS update. If the sound issue was fixed, Id rate it 5 stars.

For all of those that are having sound issues and the helpdesk is not being much help...I figured it out. Im on the iPad Mini 4. Although my speaker volume was turned all the way up, and I could hear all other apps, I still had no coaching sounds from this app. I did everything I need to do to make it work and nothing helped. Until I noticed that my microphone was muted (flick up from the bottom of your home screen & the settings w/the microphone mute will pop up). Once I unmuted the microphone, the app works flawlessly....so far. I hope this helps everyone having the same issue I was having!
