Overall good, sometimes ridiculous
Overall a very good app. I use it as my main yoga app 3-4 times a week. I would say my practice is just getting to intermediate and yet the app will occasionally jump into advanced moves with very little support on how to get into it or alternatives.
Like monkey (splits) or handstand or crow. Just go from downdog to any of those like magic. And it only gives you a few seconds to do it.
I complained to their service and the only advice they could give me was to watch the pose in the app beforehand and practice.
If this app has breakdowns of poses like yoga studio does that would be a lot more realistic.
All that being said I still use it almost everyday so its not that bad.
